MEET YOUR BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP COACH

I help professionals, business managers and entrepreneurs to resolve and master specific problems or situations in their professional lives. My coaching approach incorporates techniques from alternative therapy fields to support individuals in identifying and removing inner obstacles, and strengthen their ability to make desired changes.

Born in Spain, lived and worked in the US, Norway and for the last 25 years in Switzerland, working internationally in different management roles for start ups and large corporations, like ABB or Zurich Insurance.

In 2003 and during my MBA at IMD in Lausanne (Switzerland), I started working on my own personal development and coaching.  The program was focused on leadership and aside business topics included techniques of coaching, self observation and self development.

The work on my own personal development led me in 2011 to start studying and practicing alternative therapies. These included emotional and mental deprogramming, Kinesiology testing, energy therapy, emotional rebalancing, Reiki, Meditation, therapy with colors and geometric forms.

To my clients, I bring in my life experiences of transitting through multiple challenging and change situations in my professional and private life. My coaching approach incorporates my personal learning of living those situations from a global consciousness; understanding the meaning and learnings involved in every situation and taking responsibility for them.

As coach and sparring partner, I like helping to resolve problems and leading projects to conclusion, and bring along ability to listen, reliability, being not judgemental, having depth, friendliness and patience.

I believe personal development is key to personal success. My experience of working every week since years on my own personal development, gives me the keys to accompany and support others on their own growth. My approach is pragmatic, hands-on and action oriented.
